Pokémon X and Pokémon Y Announcement… Finally (RP)

Well we all knew it had to happen eventually. I just didn’t know if it was going to be this year or the next.  We now know we have a 3D Pokémon game on the horizon thanks to Nintendo’s Pokémon Direct (above)! Looks like there will be a whole load of new Pokémon’s to collect starting with one of the three new starter Pokémon Chespin, Fennekin, or Froakie.  While I like the looks of Chespin, I’m probably going to stick with my old faithful choice and go with the water Pokémon Froakie.  That’s just how I roll.  Anyone else have any different choices for a starting Pokémon?
