Democracy For TVGBL or No?

So I’ve been debating for a bit about this.  I don’t really receive many votes to begin with for my site so should I continue with the voting?  Originally it was because I couldn’t decide, but now I have ideas on what I want to do.  Should I just take control for now until I can’t decide again, or just keep going with the voting and let the 3-5 people still hold a stranglehold (or me when I feel like voting 4 times)?  Let me know what you guys think,  I am really curious.
